WAIRARAPA COMPETITIONS RESULTS OF SATURDAY’S PLAY. MAHUNGA CLUB. The best cards returned on Saturday for the bogey round played by the men members of the Mahunga Golf Club were:—L. M. Roach, 1 down; N. D. Bach, 3 down; C. A. Carrig. 3 down; J. Corbishley, 3 down; G. V. Greer, 3 down; R. B. McPherson, 3 down. RIVERSIDE RESULTS OF SATURDAY'S PLAY. The first round of the president's trophy for the best net aggregate of three rounds was played on the Riverside links on Saturday afternoon. The best cards handed in were the following:— Men: A Jaspers, 97, 28, 69; A. R. Hatch, 85. 16. 69; N. Hoar, 81, 10, 71; F. Shearer, 89. 18, 71; A. Bell 81, 10, 71. Ladies: Mrs Naan, 105, 32, 73; Miss James, 97. 19. 78; Mrs Skeet, 109, 31, 78; Mrs Clarke, 100. 21, 79, MASTERTON BOGEY COMPETITION RESULTS. A bogey competition played by members of the Masterton Golf Club on Saturday resulted:—C. Faulknor, L. Kibblewhite, 2 down; J. C. Broad, R. B. Cameron, and J. E. Falloon, 3 down.
