In addition, the latest "March of Time,” Russia and Finland. THE REGENT.—Tonight: Pop go the champagne corks and pop goes fun in “Ninotchka,” a gay, sparkling comedy, with Greta Garbo as an intoxicatingly different personality. Melvyn Douglas and Ina Clare are in it. too. Remember the title is "Ninotchka.” (Don’t pronounce it — see it). (Recommended by Censor for Adults.) CARTERTON. REGENT.—Tonight: Frank Capra's greatest comedy achievement, "Mr Smith Goes to Washington.” starring Jean Arthur, James Stewart, Claude Rains, Edward Arnold, Guy Kibbee and Thomas Mitchell. (Approved for Universal Exhibition.)
