"Everything Happens at Night." with Sonja Heme, Ray Milland, Robt. Cumming and the late Maurice Moscovici). (Approved for Universal Exhibition.) In addition, the latest "March of Time,” Russia and Finland. THE REGENT.—Tonight: Pop go the champagne corks and pop goes fun in “Ninotchka,” a gay, sparkling comedy, with Greta Garbo as an intoxicatingly different personality. Melvyn Douglas and Ina Clare are in it. too. Remember the title is "Ninotchka.” (Don’t pronounce it — see it). (Recommended by Censor for Adults.) CARTERTON. REGENT.—Tonight: Frank Capra's greatest comedy achievement, "Mr Smith Goes to Washington.” starring Jean Arthur, James Stewart, Claude Rains, Edward Arnold, Guy Kibbee and Thomas Mitchell. (Approved for Universal Exhibition.)
