RECEIVED BY PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT. DEPORTATION OF BRIDGES OPPOSED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. WASHINGTON, June 25. President Roosevelt has received a telegram 531 feet long, signed by 17.000 west coast residents, urging him to oppose the deportation of the Labour leader Harry Bridges. It. is reputed to be the longest telegram in history.
