PRAYER SERVICE
GATHERING AT OPERA HOUSE
The prayer meeting held at the Masterton Opera House today was largely attended. The Rev. David McNeur, president of the Ministers’ Association, presided. The Revs. V, W. Joblin and T. V. Pearson read the lessons, Major Mahaflie and the Rev. John Davie delivered the addresses and the Ven. Archdeacon E. J. Rich and the Rev. H. S. Kings led the gathering in prayer.
The services will be continued every Wednesday between 12.30 and 1.30 p.m. A plate will be left at the door for contributions to defray expenses.
