WEDDING

BURGESS—RETTIE. The marriage took place recently at the Lansdowne Church, Masterton, of Mary Elizabeth, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Rettie, Kibblewhite Road, Masterton, to William. Henry, second son of Mr and Mrs C. M. Burgess, Cornwall Street, Masterton. The Rev David McNeur officiated. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a tan frock with hat and shoes to match.

Mrs D. Burgess was matron of honour and Mr M. Burgess was best man.
