Mrs Walker, Palmerston North, was at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Masterton, yesterday. Mr and Mrs F. Stratton, Homewood, were guests recently at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Masterton.
At the Queen Mary Hospital, Hanmer Springs, the death occurred of Minnie E. Farrow, a former resident of Featherston.
An old Napier business identity. Miss Ada Eliza Heays, has died in Napier at the age of 81. For many years she carried on a drapery business in Emerson Street, Napier. In 1920 Miss Heays sold her business and retired.
