SECRECY SURROUNDS ARRIVAL. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) ■ROME, June 23. The French plenipotentiaries arrived at the Littorio airfield in three German planes. Owing to the secrecy surrounding their arrival only high Fascists and a group of journalists were present. Immediately after a greeting the French plenipotentiaries proveeded to a villa on the outskirts of Rome. DELIVERY OF TERMS. (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) ROME, June 23. It was officially stated: “At 7.30 p.m., near Rome, Italian plenipotentiaries delivered to the French plenipotentiaries the Italian terms for an armistice."
