SOME GOOD FROM GREAT . MISFORTUNE. (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) BORDEAUX, June 23. The Vice-Premier, M. Laval, said: “From this great misfortune, some good should come for France. We must and will rebuild. France will live again. France has not lost her rank as a major Power.”
