GRILLED HADDOCK

A TASTY LUNCHEON DISH. Cut haddock into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Now brush over with a little oiled butter or olive oil. Place on a flat tin and grill slowly until well browned. Sprinkle with pepper and place in a hot oven until cocked through. Pour over 1 tablespoon hot cream or 1 dessertspoon butter made brown, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and a little pepper. Serve at once.
