Prawn Ramekins.
Take A pint shelled prawns, 6 olives, juice i lemon, cayenne, cochineal, J pint thick cream. Chop the prawns, sprinkle them with cayenne and lemon juice, and put them on ice or in a cool place till required. Put the cream in a basin and beat it with a fork until it is thick. Stir in a few drops of cochineal. Mix the cream with the prawns and place them in three ramekin cases. I ?n (.live at each end. and the cf a p.awn in the centre.
