St. John Ambulance Cadet Division dance will be held in the Masonic Hall tonight, the proceeds of which will be handed over to the joint appeal of St. John and the Red Cross for the Sick and Wounded Fund. Corporal Pat Ward, who has in the past always acted as M.C., has obtained special leave from Trentham Camp to again act in this capacity. An excellent dance programme has been arranged, and patrons are assured of an enjoyable time. The music will be supplied by Jack Barnes and his Rhythm Boys, and the supper arrangements are in the hands of a capable ladies’ committee.
