1 Victoria. —Plans for the establish- ! ment of a 3.000,000 dollar pulp mill at Port Alberni. on Vancouver Island. are in process. Work will start immediately on the mill, which will have a production of 135 tons of pulp daily. The plant will employ 150 men with an additional 125 men in the woods.
