SECRET SITTING

HOUSE TO DISCUSS WAR NEXT WEDNESDAY EXTENSION IF NECESSARY. OTHER SESSIONAL ITEMS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. _ A secret sitting of the House is to be held next Wednesday. This was announced by the Prime Minister (Mr Fraser) today. References to deceased legislators will be made on Tuesday and the Ad-dress-in-Reply debate may open on Thursday. As, however, the Government intends to give the fullest opportunity for the discussion of the war situation at the private session, it will agree to postpone any other business to enable consideration of war questions to occupy more than one day if necessary.
