The Belgian correspondent of “The Times” says that bridges and level crossings at Bruges have been closed to stop processions of refugees to the coast. Refugees are camping in the fields throughout Flanders to make room for military convoys on the roads. Fishermen from Ostend, Zeebrugge and other ports have taken, boatloads of refugees to France. The Paris correspondent of "The Times” says that many thousands of French refugees • from the invaded areas in addition to Belgian and Dutch refugees crowd all the Paris railway stations. The refugees are being cleared expeditiously to other areas in France.
