MEETING OF PARLIAMENT
SUPPORT FOR MR HAMILTON. SOUTH DUNEDIN RESOLUTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) ' DUNEDIN, May 15. A meeting of the South Dunedin committee of the National Party this evening decided to send the following message to the Leader of the'Opposition. Mr Hamilton: — “This committee of the National Party wishes to congratulate you on ihe trenchant criticism of the Government you have made for not calling Parliament together sooner. A large section of the community which is not fully confident that the Government has dealt with the war effort and with j the enemy within as effectively as it « should, would have been less anxious if Ihe Government had not consistently deprived itself of the benefit of criticism by members of Parliament, both Government and Opposition, in session.
