DEATH PENALTY IN GRAVE CASES.
LEGISLATION IN BRITAIN.

The Minister of Home Security, Sir John Anderson, in the House of Commons said that under the defence regulations a new Bill will impose the death penalty for grave eases of espionage and sabotage. Penalties for harmful propaganda include seven years’ imprisonment, or a fine of £5OO or both.
