GERMANY INDICTED
BOMBING OF HOSPITAL SHIPS.
APPEAL TO INTERNATIONAL RED CROSS.

The Foreign Under-Secretary, Mr R. A. Butler, in the House of Commons, said the Norwegian Government had asked the International Red Cross to make strong representations to Germany, in respect to Red Cross Norwegian ships. He added that the Germans had three times bombed Norwegian Red Cross ships, with serious loss of life among doctors and nurses, and a British hospital ship had been unsuccessfully bombed.
