BLACK ORGANDIE TO THE FORE
A new kind of organdie has been introduced by Virginia Dale, the film star. This dance dress of black organdie has cire dots of yellow and white. The skirt has a flaring circular line with a moulded, dropped waistline of plain black. The brief bodice is edged with a narrow self-ruffle, and the shoulder straps are black. A bolero of black may be worn or not.
