WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT

POLL IN MASTERTON TOMORROW. PROPOSAL TO RAISE LOAN. A poll of ratepayers will be taken in Masterton Borough tomorrow on a proposal to borrow the sum of £10.500 for waterworks improvements. The polling hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. All ratepayers and their wife or husband, as the case may be, are entitled to vote.

The polling places are: Town Hall Perry Street (principal), the Epiphany schoolroom, Short • Street, Phillips's butcher’s shop, Perry Street, and the Lansdowne Presbyterian Churchroom, Totara Street, Lansdowne.
