TRAWLERS MACHINE-GUNNED FOR THREE DAYS. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. LONDON, May 4. Trawler men arriving at a Scottish port related how German planes mach-ine-gunned them for days. One ship with a crew of 27 was machine-gun-ned for three days. All escaped after the trawler sank.
