MASSING ON YUGOSLAV BORDER. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON. April 19. The American Press Association’s Belgrade correspondent says Italian troops, who are now wearing steel helmets, are unusually active on the Yugoslav border, where the Germans are also massing. A message from Belgrade reports. Daventry states, that a former Yugoslav Minister has been arrested by the Yugoslav authorities. He was the leader of the pro-German movement in Yugoslavia. LINKED WITH NAZIS RAID ON FORMER PREMIER’S HOME. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) BELGRADE, April 19. The Yugoslav Government announced having arrested and interning ■ a former Premier. M. Stoyadinovitch. after the police had raided his home and found documents linking him with the Nazis.
