CONSTRUCTION OF ANOTHER SET. APPROVED BY AMERICAN SENATE By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. WASHINGTON, April' 18. The Senate passed the 223.000.000dollar War Department Civil Functions Bill, which carries 15.000,000 dollars to begin the construction of another set of locks in the Panama Canal which the House of Representatives recently declined. The Bill now goes to conference.
