HARRIERS

KIATERE CLUB EVENTS. This Saturday, the members of the Kiatere Harrier Club are to attend the official opening of the Masterton Harrier Club and are requested to at the Park Oval at 2 p.m. A training run will be held and probably a sprintin over the last 440 yards. The Kiatere Club started the 1940 season with a training run over 5 miles last Saturday. All members were very enthusiastic to be started once again and there was a good muster. A run-in over the last 300 yards showed W. MacDonald (senior) and N. Jacobsen (junior) attaining early form.
