OVERSEA SECURITIES
DEALINGS IN NEW ZEALAND STOCK EXCHANGE CONFERENCE. REPRESENTATIONS TO RESERVE BANK. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A conference of the executive of the Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand was held in Wellington on Tuesday to consider the effects of the Financial Emergency Regulations as applied to the prevention of further dealings as between New Zealand investors in popular overseas companies in New Zealand markets. There were present representatives of all the New Zealand Stock Exchanges. After full discussion, the conference delegates waited on the Governor of the Reserve Bank (Mr Leslie Lefeaux) and were assured by Mr Lefeaux that their representations would receive careful consideration.
