TASMAN AIR SERVICE
FORMATION OF COMPANY. DIRECTORS APPOINTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The Minister of Aviation. Mi' Jones, announced last night the names of the directors of Tasman Empire Airways. Limited, a company which is in process of formation lo operate the Tasman air service. The directorate comprises two representatives each of the United Kingdom. Australia and New Zealand. The directors will be: — United Kingdom Representatives: Mr A. E. Rudder. C.B.E. Colonel N. S. Falla. C.M.G.. D.S.O. Australian Representatives: Mr Fergus McMaster. Mr W. Hudson Fysh, D.F.C. New Zealand Representatives: Mr T. A. Barrow. Mr. C. G. White. "The operations of the company." said the Minister, "will be controlled by a commission, on which will be a representative of the United Kingdom. Australia and New Zealand. It is expected that these appointments will be announced in the near future.”
