PAHIATUA SALE. PRICES FIRM FOR SHEEP. The Associated Auctioneers report cn the Pahiatua sale yesterday as follows: —A moderate offering of sheep, and cattle was submitted. The prices were firm on late rates for all sheep, while the bidding was spirited for cattle. Quotations: —S.M. ewes, r.w. S O. rams, 17s, 15s 9d to 13s; w.f.w. 1:-mbs, Id. 13s lOd to 12s 8d; small do., 9s. 8s 6d to 7s 3d: b.f. lambs, 17s Gd, 16s lOd, IGs to 15s; 2-th. wethers (good), 24s Gd, 235, 22s to 20s 7d; ewe lambs (small), 13s Id. Dairy heifers, r.w. bull, £7 5s to £6 7s Gd; dairy cows, £7 15s to £6 7s Gd; weaner dairy calves, £3.
