CHURCH SERVICES
Special services at the Salvation Army tomorrow will be conducted by Captain Dr. Bramwell Cook, from India. The Doctor will speak in the morning service on "The Missionary Challenge in India Today." In the afternoon, at 3 o'clock, he will give one of his most interesting lectures. entitled "The Value of Salvation Army Medical Work in India." Dr. N. H. Prior will preside. At the evening service. Dr. Cook will take for his subject. "The Message for India." Tonight, at 8 o'clock, the doctor will give his most interesting illustrated lecture, entitled "An Account of the Salvation Work in India." with 120 realistic pictures. All are heartily invited to heai' the doctor, who is a fluent and interesting speaker. The Venerable Archdeacon Rich will preach at both services at St. Matthew's Church tomorrow. The Rev. T. V. Pearson will be the preacher at Kuripuni, and the Rev. V. W. Joblin at Upper Plain at. 7 p.m. Services will be conducted at Knox Church and at Kaituna tomorrow by the Rev. W. J. Cooling, and at Tinui and Langdale by the Bible Class group. The Rev. John Davie will conduct the service at Solway at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday next.
The morning services at the Masterton Methodist Church tomorrow will be taken by Mr E. Steer, and the evening service by Mr F. G. Rutter. A Methodist service will be held at Kuripuni at 7 p.m. tomorrow, when Mr C. R. Goudge will be the preacher. Mr Murray Daniell will take the service at Rangitumau at 2 p.m. tomorrow. tn collection with the Masterton Baptist Fello.wship. the morning service in the Y.M.C.A. tomorrow will be conducted by Rev. Russell Graves, of Wellington.
