The United Press Stockholm correspondent says a high Swedish authority stated that the Allied forces have recaptured Bergen and Trondheim. The same correspondent also states that it is reported that Hamar and Elverun have fallen. RUSSIA WAITING ENTIRE ARCTIC NAVY PREPARED. (Received This Day, 9.15 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, April 10. The “Aftonbladet" states that it is reported from Moscow that Russia is concentrating troops in the north, and that the entire Arctic navy is prepared for action and awaiting eventualities.
