MASTERTON BABIES

» ST JOHN AMBULANCE CONTEST. KEEN COMPETITION EXPECTED. On Friday the first screening of the Masterton babies which were filmed recently will take place at the Cosy Theatre and thereafter every day for one month. To see these beautiful children on the screen should prove interesting not only to the mothers but to every lover of children. There is no doubt that the winner of the Masterton section of the St John Ambulance Contest will only be found after keen competition. Masterton has always been noted for its fine, sturdy babies and this fact is demonstrated more than ever in the film. The expressions of wonder, curiosity and anxiousness on the faces of the babies on the screen should win instant appeal. It is to hoped that Masterton theatregoers will give this unusual film their wholehearted support. Details of the voting will be announced in the “Times-Age” at regular intervals throughout the contest.
