FATAL SKID
YOUNG ORMONDVILLE FARMER KILLED. CAR GOES OVER BANK. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DANNEVIRKE, April 7. When Thomas Bennett, aged 25, son of a well-known Ormondville farmer, left the road in a light sedan car in the early hours of Sunday morning, on his way home from Dannevirke, he received head injuries, as a result of which he succumbed. The accident occurred opposite his home, the car apparently skidding in loose metal, going over a bank and rolling over, corning to rest on its wheels. The car was discovered in the early morning by a neighbour, with its lights burning. Mr Bennett was dead inside. He had been involved in a serious car accident a few months ago.
