Sir John Simon, in the House of Commons announced the formation of e cnecial frndm" comnanv to be called (lib “EnM'sh Commercial Corporation Limited." to devNon trade with certain neutrals, particularly Bulgaria. Greece. Huncarv Rumania. Turkey and Yugoslavia. The Treasury will supply the capital for the company, which will operate as an independent commercial entity, subiect to general consultation with the Government. The company is being registered on April 15, with Lord Swinton as chairman.
