masterton club. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Masterton Indoor Bowling Club was. held in the Foresters Hall last evening, there being a good attendance of members. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: —Patron, Mr A. W. Chapman, president. Mr J. Fenton: vice-president. Mr R. Read; honorary secretary and treasurer. Mr C. _A. Leigh; committee, Messrs Stains. Pickering, Finlayson and Walker. Several members referred to the club's activities last year, visits from kindred clubs and expressed the hope that the same procedure would be adopted this season. It was decided to open the season on Wednesday. April 10. with a five-head knock-out competition. The draw is to be arranged as soon as possible for the competitions, which are to start in the following week.
