Mrs. H. W. Blundell, Martinborough, is visiting Wellington. Miss E. Voice, Wellington, is staying at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Masterton. Mrs J. T. Mumm, of Mokihinui, is the guest of Mrs F. H. Mayman, Pahiatua. Miss Phyllis M. Bright, Raetihi, is a guest at the Prince of Wales Hotel. Masterton. Mrs W. Russel] and family, Renal,! Street, Masterton, left today on a visit to Waimate. Mrs. L. F. Owen, of Pahiatua, is on a visit to Petone, being the guest of her mother, Mrs. J. Kemp. Mr. and Mrs. S. Gordon Jones, of Invercargill, are guests of Mr. and Mrs W. A. Clarke, Cole Street, Masterton. Mrs. T. Shaw, of New Plymouth, who had been visiting her daughter, Mrs. R. C. Satherly, Pongaroa, has returned home. Lieut.-Colonel C. E. Butcher and Mrs Butcher, of Greymouth, are at present the guests of Mr.'and Mrs. Miller Hope, Macara Street. Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Baty, late of Renal! Street, Masterton, are at the Hotel Cecil, Wellington, and will leave next week for Tauranga. Mrs J. M. Simpson has returned to Masterton from Dunedin and is spending a few days with he,r daughter Mrs R. Wright, Church Street, prior to taking up her permanent residence in Dunedin. The Pahiauta Women’s Division of the N.Z. Farmers’ Union has elected the following officers for the ensuing year: President, Mrs. W. F. Day; vicepresidents, Mesdames J. D. Piper. W. Gilbert, R. A. Wilson and W. E. C. Tylee; committee, Mesdames J. Bremner, L. Holdaway, and Miss Gibson (Ballance), Mrs. H. Cornelius (Mangahao), Mrs F. Ebbett (Makomako), Mesdames F. P. Nelson, Geo. Russell, H.
