INCREASE LN ENLISTMENTS IN PAST MONTH OVER FIFTEEN THOUSAND MEN IN KHAKI. ANOTHER 5084 AVAILABLE (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Dominion rate of enlistment has shown a steady increase during the past month, though it has not yet returned to the thousand a week average of some months back. At the end of last, week enlistments totalled 31,983, of whom 15,290 were in khaki and a balance of 5084 fit men wore available for posting to camp.
