The Polish Government in France has published a White Book accusing Germany of deliberately attempting to "murder” the Polish Fatherland. It declares that Nazi statistics reveal that the population of German occupied Poland had fallen by four millions by •January 15. The deduction of 1,004,321 prisoners and workmen deported to Germany leaves 2-J. millions who are believed to have died from war executions, hunger and cold.
