BELGIUM TO PROTEST
4 VIOLATIONS OF NEUTRALITY. BY BRITISH AND GERMAN PLANES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) BRUSSELS. April 2. The Government has announced its intention of protesting against the repeated violation of neutrality by English and German warplanes. It is officially stated that seven German machines and one British machine have flown over Belgium in the last two days. The Germans dropped leaflets, intended for the French.- over the southern provinces and fled when Belgian fighters and anti-aircraft guns went into action.
