TAXES IN RUMANIA
IMPOST ON BACHELORS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BUCHAREST, April 1. Bachelors over 25 years of age are being taxed between 2 and 10 per cent, of all income over the equivalent of £7 10s a week. Stock Exchange transactions are being taxed 2 per cent, ad valorem io meet the urgent needs of the army.
