A simplified apparatus for administering anaesthetic placed at the disposal of Britain by the Dean of the Medical Faculty at Buenos Aires was formally presented at the British council offices in London to the President of the Royal Society of Medicine in it.e presence of members of the Argentine Embassy. It is confidently hoped that the apparatus may be of great service to medical officers treating casualties in tlie field.
