M. REYNAUD TAKES OFFICE WITH M. DALADIER AS WAR MINISTER. TWO INNER COUNCILS FORMED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. PARIS, March 22. Following ti refusal by M. Daladier to form a new Cabinet, Hie former Minister of Finance, M. Paul Reynaud, lias formed a National Union Cabinet witli a number of new members and with M. Daladier as Minister of War. The new Ministry includes an Inner War Cabinet comprising MM. Reynaud, Chauternps, Daladier, Lamoureux and Mandel and an Inter-Minis-terial Economic Council similar to Britain’s comprising M. Lamoureux and all Ministers dealing with national economy. New portfolios are Supplies and Information. M. Reynaud in a statement said that the Ministry was numerically similar to M. Clemenceau’s Cabinet in the Great War, but the Inner Cabinet and Economic Council have important differences. He added that the former would meet three times a week and the latter once a week. M. Reynaud has presented his Cabinet to the President, M. Lebrun, as follows: — Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs, IVI. Reynaud (Democratic Alliance Party). Defence and War Minister, M.
