It is officially announced that Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, accompanied by colonial experts, is arriving shortly to confer with M. Mandel on the question of pooling the resources of the British and French colonial empires. The agenda includes forty political and economic points, such as the production and exchange of goods, transportation by land, sea and air, communication. the welfare of natives and also wireless communications.
