BILL BEFORE HOUSE OF COMMONS (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) RUGBY, March 13. Half a million farm workers are affected by a Bill introduced into the House of Commons by the Minister of Agriculture, providing for fixing a national minimum weekly wage.
