NAZI ORDERS
GIVEN TO NEUTRAL SHIPS, TRAVEL IN CONVOYS BANNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 1.5 p.m.) OSLO, March 11. The German Legation in a statement, said neutral ships in a convoy or escorted by belligerent aeroplanes assume the risks of sea warfare. Unconvoyed neutrals will be considered neutrals during inspection for contraband. Such ships must not be armed, must not zigzag, must not be blacked out and must not radio when halted.
