CONTENTION IN MANITOBA

The Provincial Secretary, Mr Harry Nixon, lias resigned, as a protest against the attitude of the Provincial Premier (Mr Mitchell Hepburn) towards thie war effort of the Dominion Government. Mr Nixon declared that he disagreed with the censure of January If! and also with Mi' Hepburn’s subsequei 11 attacks.
