GERMAN CONCENTRATION — NEAR THE SWISS BORDER. 'FOURTEEN BRITISH SOLDIERS MISSING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, March 7. The Oommander-in-Chief of the German Army, General von Brauchitsch, inspected newly-ar-rived German troops near the Swiss frontier, states a message from Basle. It is estimated that five divisions of regulars who are concentrated in the vicinity of the frontier have replaced semi-mili-tary frontier guards. The Swiss are bringing increasing numbers of troops to the frontier. Germans told Swiss subjects working in Germany that they must again submit their passes on March 15. The Berlin news agency says that a strong enemy patrol attempted operations against a German post near Perl and retreated under heavy artillery fire. The British Army Council announced 'bat two men were killed in action and 14 are missing and are believed to nave been taken prisoners as a result of the German raid on the British post earlier this week. BRITISH SKI TROOPS PARIS, March 3. Several hundred skiers from the British Army have arrived at Chamonix for training by French military skiers.
