DEMAND BY AUSTRALIAN WOOL GROWERS. PROVISION FOR AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY. March 7. Among the many resolutions adopted at the conference o r the Australian Wool Growers’ Council, one affirmed that it is essential that prevision should be made in the wool purchase agreement with the British Government for automatic adjustment of prices io cover increased production costs. It was announced that though there had been a lot of delay in getting wool to neutral countries, the position was now improving. Safeguards had had to be provided to prevent wool getting to Germany from her closest neighbours.
