TWO BULGARIANS KILLED RUMANIANS WOUNDED. COMMISSION TO INVESTIGATE. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Dav. 12.55 p.m.) BUCHAREST. March 4. It is officially stated that two Bulgarian ‘‘bandits" have been killed and two Rumanians wounded in a clash resulting from a Bulgarian attack on a Rumanian, frontier post. Unofficial reports describe it as a lengthy exchange involving considerable numbers. A joint Bulgarian-Rumanian commission has been appointed to investigate.
