ABORTIVE ATTACK
ON DUTCH STEAMER JONGWILLEM. DOMALA LIFEBOAT AND RAFT PICKED UP. (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON. March 4. The bomber which attacked the Domala also attacked the Dutch steamer Jongwillem. dropping a bomb and repeatedly machine-gunning the decks. There were no casualties. After the bomber had gone, the crew saw flames on the horizon and picked up the Domala’s lifeboat with forty men and a raft with three men.
