WAR REGULATIONS
CHARGE IN CHRISTCHURCH. ALLEGED SUBVERSIVE PROPAGANDA. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) ‘ CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. A charge alleging the publication of subversive propaganda contrary to the Censorship Regulations was brought against William Reynolds, bootshop proprietor, in Court today. The case was adjourned till March 11. The charges referred to a series of posters and pictures, published in accused’s shop windows, which were alleged to be likely to prejudice recruiting for his Majesty's forces.
