BRITISH LABOUR LEADER’S DECLARATION. HITLER'S ENSLAVEMENT POLICY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 11.5 a.m.) RUGBY, March 3. Speaking at a Labour Party demonstration. Mr Herbert Morrison gave a picture of Britain as it would have been if Hitler had been left to acquire the further territories and .military power which would enable him successfully to become master of Europe. Had that happened. Mr Morrison said, oui liberties would have disappeared : nd Britain probably would have been doomed to the same enslavement as the German people had suffered in the past seven years. , "Let it not be forgotten that victoij is essential." he concluded.
