RELIEVED OF POST
SOVIET ASSISTANT FOREIGN MINISTER. MOSCOW, March 1. M. Potemkin, assistant Foreign Commissar, has been relieved of his post. SWEDISH VOLUNTEERS POSITIONS TAKEN UP IN FRONT LINE. FINNISH FLAG STILL FLYING OVER VIBORG. (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) HELSINKI, March 1. The first detachment of Swedish volunteers has taken up front line positions, relieving some tired Finnish troops.
The Finnish flag is still flying over X iborg Castle. Shells are falling in the city at the rate of ten rounds a minute.
